Privacy Policy — Lauk

Effective 2026-09-17. Lauk (Android package dev.edycu.lauk) is a plate check: you tap the meal you already bought and a spend ceiling, and it ranks three cheap adds. This page states exactly what leaves your device.

What Lauk does not do

• No account, no login, no email address, no phone number.
• No camera, no photos, no barcode scanning, no location, no contacts, no microphone.
• No food database lookups and no server of our own — every ranking is computed on your phone from a table shipped inside the app.
• No analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, and no advertising identifier is read.
• No calorie, weight or body data is ever asked for or stored.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat (the "Unlimited" subscription and the deck purchases, plus the paywall and Customer Center screens). RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user id, purchase receipts from Google Play, and one attribute — eating_context (for example student) — which selects which offering you are shown. Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Google Play Billing processes payments. Lauk never sees your payment details.

Data kept on your device

Your daily plate checks (which plate, which ceiling, which add you picked), the one-tap "how was it" log (three faces), and your settings, in the app's private storage. They are used only to re-weight tomorrow's cards. Uninstalling removes all of it. Nothing on this list is uploaded anywhere.

Children

Lauk is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it and the new text is served at this same address.

Questions or a deletion request: edy.cu@live.com. Since Lauk holds no data about you outside your phone, deletion is uninstalling the app; RevenueCat data can be deleted on request via the same address.
